Art, I've long valued your well thought out posts and measured responses. As a seasoned investor, you've consistently offered perspectives based on fundamentals and long term considerations, which is why I've found the recent change in your assessment of Qualcomm's prospects to be so thought provoking. I looked through your archive of posts, and found nothing but optimism until this Friday when you wrote, Q will remain a first class technology relegated to a minor role in worldwide wireless telecommunications as a result of a combination of political and other influences on governments, corporations, and individuals. I've got 2 questions. Was the timing of your re-evaluation based on any specific event or news release? How will you modify your investment strategy to reflect your newly revised outlook?
