ply.v - yup, got some, not as much as i'd like as the eagle has yet to bless me as copiously as the plan projected, but some ... actually geo.to came along as a more immediate opportunity, time will tell as to how wise that was ... also picked up over the summer cpt.v, ymc.u.v, cnb.v, crj.to, mmi.v, qbx.v ... few others that don't spring to mind [or i'm still stink-bidding them-g-] ... Rise, yes, i still watch vpr.v fairly frequently, and know of the aur.to connection, didn't know of that to fm.to .... check out posts 798-800 on the winter thread, and tell us how vpr fits der Kaiser's parameters ... ??

Al, on the economy coming back before tech stocks do, i heartily agree .... the same malinvestment that made the bubble for the high-flyers in tech was in part at least taken from underinvestment in commodity supply, and it wouldn't take much improvement in demand to eat up production slack at this point [as we have seen in o&g] .. zinc might be an exception though, slow to come back, and that could help silver as much Ag comes as byproduct of Zn ... ?? ... who's to know ... but if we don't get predictions into the record like this we won't have amusing absurdities to reflect on in our old age, eh
