Right now its in the United States ball park and if the US slips into reccession which its pretty close now the whole world will feel the financial pain.I foresure see no big recovery's any time soon.Maybe fall of 2002 or 2003.
Where are all the speculators?
There either cash poor and holding what they got for a market up-swing to get out.More money is pouring into the Bond funds or T-bills as new money is sitting on the sidelines and bearing a sept rally here I see the markets going no-where fast. The Metals I don't see going anywhere here bearing gold as world Econ's slip ever close to recession.

Bio,Healthcare,Drug stocks could very well lead the market ahead as the baby boomers get older.

I guess were going to find out in time one way or the other.
