In my mind they fulfill the old tough value,that the captain must be the last to leave the ship,or go down with it.
I think our prime area of disagreement is "degree",i feel the time from 1998 to through 2000 if ever it came under the spotlight of a congressional hearing,the mud that would be exposed would shock.Shock even you:)
But it is not just scandalous robbery,like Mike Saylor(and the underwriters who pushed thas POS),but it is the Golden Parachutes ,the constant providing of stock options at the EXPENSE of shareholders,the loose earning guidelines and on and on--- all these elements have built a disaster.
I see at one point the market started to dive last week on news that Ford was cutting off bonuses to its executives,message,the party is over.Paxmax
