Clinton did not do a photo op every time polls showed he was disliked on an issue in an attempt to cover up his real position. Like Bush with the environment, unions, workers, etc. Every poilitician must do some of this but Bush is the most obvious poll whore I have ever seen. Posing as a champion of working people, the economy and environment after what his real positions are is the height of phoniness. How can we ever believe anything he says again? And count the campaign lies. So many.
