AS is not completely in left field on that one. The Washington Times connection he is probably referring to is to Sun Myung Moon, the Korean leader of the right-wing religious cult. He has, or had, a significant if not outright ownership of the Washington Times.

Read all about Sun Myung Moon then tell he has a mainstream journalistic bone in his body. His claims to fame are his brain-washed cult members and his virulent anti-communism, also his connection with the korean spy scandals of the 70's (yes that was spying against the USA for S. Korea). Why anyone reads his rag is beyond me. americanatheist.org
