Zionism is not and has never been racist. On the contrary, Palestinianism is racist, and that is its heritage from its founder, Haj Amin al-Husseini. He embraced Hitler and imported European Nazi anti-Semitism into the Middle East, and poisoned and radicalized relations between the Palestinian Arabs and the Yishuv, inciting the first pogroms of the 20's and 30's. He spent years of WWII in Berlin, listening to Hitler's stories about how he would solve Haj Amin's Jewish problem in Palestine as soon as he had taken care of it in Europe.

The Palestinians, by hijacking the Durban conference and turning into an anti-Semitic hatefest, have embarrassed the UN and done Israel almost a favor, by showing their true colors. The Arab countries may enjoy being drunk on their own rhetoric, but the rest of the world is embarrassed.

Well Mani, first, Sharon is not a war criminal. War criminals are those who committed atrocities at Sabra and Shatila and those who ordered those atrocities. Sharon did neither. I may not agree with his every policy, but war criminal he is not.

Second, why do you call Zionism racist? Please, give me your reasons. And no quoting any resolutions from those clowns in Durban, ok? I don't deem those rational decent people. But what little I know about you makes me think that you are one. You see, I consider myself a Zionist, I support every mainstream Zionist concept, and yet none of my many friends and acquaintances (who are whites, blacks, Asians, Jews, Christians, Moslems, Hindus, atheists, and many whose religion I don’t know) think that I am a racist. I wonder why you, who does not know me, think that I am.
