I predict this will NEVER happen. Fiorina is done. HP will go DOWN on this move and go down until THE DEAL IS CANNED.

I agree that the Carly Catapult didn't quite fire soon enough. But regardless of whether the deal goes through, this is the wettest POSSIBLE blanket that could have been thrown on the WinXP launch, which is now the WinXP HoHum Non-Launch. The stocks that should go UP tomorrow are SUNW and IBM. The stock that should go DOWN tomorrow, in addition of course to HWP which should get de-listed, is M$FT.
