Isn't all they have done is to literally give agood part the business away to the AOL stcokholders?

That's what the AOL big shareholders thought and hence the premium.In the long run AOL will benefit from Time Warner if Steve executes well the merger and I think he will. Just to let you know I have received at least 20 CDs in the email asking me to sign for AOL in past 1 year. I also know that AOL is favorite among school kids.
