Clever, but you completely missed my points, it is precisely the kind of complaining you suggest that caused the margin revision that you are now complaining about. My second point was that the short sale rule does need to be revised, and us getting all up in arms about it is kind of silly, and certainly won't help anybody make any money. Sure there are some abuses and imperfections, but for the most part the markets are quite efficient and free trading. Furthermore, the way to make money is to correctly pick the direction of stocks, not complain about rule changes that haven't even gone into effect, and will have little impact on the individual trader even if they do. All the above is a lot different than paying for a service you did not receive or getting a ticket you did not deserve. KDE breaking out, NVDA breaking down.
