Carranza, no, Ben's statement was not clear, except in
showing that he didn't understand the situation or lacked
intellectual honesty, free to chose.

The obvious solution, which he should have understand and
pointed out, was that if

"Nokia sells millions of sets without PBCCH/PCCCH
functionality, they will" _NOT_ "have to be recalled when
operators start using it"

Assuming "it" means "PBCCH/PCCCH"

The simple reason is that such phones will continue
working, and especially because they will not do
additional harm, clogging up the whole cell or at least
the PBCCH/PCCCH channel as others will do.

The other, maybe more important question, is that if
somebody claim they have the full testing enviroment
for "it", why is that "it" not maid public, full gurantee
and list of tested, as well as not tested, in the manual??
