Tell you the truth I have no idea. All I knew was they had low PE, P/S under 2 trading near its low, possible buyout and increasing volume on the uptick. Risk reward looked good, so I bought. Sold this morning, still in shock how close it is trading to buyout price. Market must be thinking another offer is coming? But I am not hanging around for 20 cents to find out.

According to the RJF brief today, the DVN offer values AXN at $7.36 / Boe (really $1.23 / Mcfe NG since two thirds of the reserves are NG) and $680 million for undeveloped acreage. XX
