If this isnt bottoming action I dont know what is. To make new lows on nasdaq at this point I think the market will have to almost predict no recovery or at least no recovery in site. I also feel that nasdaq at this level may be equivalent to nasdaq 4k on the upside in terms of it being overdone. But of course nasdaq went to 5000 on the upside. But there is much more fuel to a bubble on the upside(like a hot air balloon). Shorts wont take it that far, I dont believe. AD keeps making short trade and my bet is that he will switch only after a few burns.
