Sharck, Uaf is part of the research of Internet II, it's a distance thing. Last semester I was gabbing with some techies about it and they were all atither. I will see if I can dig something up later this week. OT I did a little research on REITs last semester and if you put it with GS's meanderings there might be some substance there. If he lowers again there will be refinancing, if he doesn't, no go. What a predicament for the economy. More debt to pull out of a recession. Could be worse than the S&L crisis if he doesn't keep pumping away. Anyway take a look at this thread, seems to be some intelligence here.
