If Billserv is the leading player in EBPP, it's not a very attractive sector.

BLLS does not claim to be the leading player in the entire EBPP market. BLLS claims to be "the leading electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) outsourced solution provider..." This is only one segment of the EBPP market.
