The insiders own a lot of shares. Walter has over 5 million, Simon has 3.5 million, and Jessy has over a million. Engle's 267,000 are a drop in the bucket, although I don't like to see any insider selling, I don't know his personal reasons.

When investors like MIT start selling(they increased their holdings around Feb.), then maybe I'll take some notice.

AVNX may not be the stock for you, which is fine. JDSU is quality property with less risk. I own some shares of this company, too. Likewise, I won't be selling JDSU if an insider decides to sell a couple hundred thousand shares. To me, it's not that big a deal.

If they're all dumping like they were with LUMM, then I'd be concerned! I'm a slightly more prudent than Don. LOL's
