So does the recent proposed sale of 166,400 restricted shares alarm you at all? If you look at his selling history, he registers an intent to sell (the large number) and then the sales proceed at the set amounts (2600 per transaction). Once the 166,400 is complete, he'll no doubt start over. As you know Pat's no longer CEO (now just Chairman) and is slowing down his involvement. I think he's nearing 60 and may even be contemplating retirement. Knowing what he's been through the last few years, he's certainly earned it. Pat
