Well anyone who says "What gets me is that each one feels it is the one true religion and all others are misled." is someone I find truly ignorant of all religions. From your own belief in no religion you have to proffer a non religious reason the explain why those who live in places where folks are a lot more friendly and less fearful of crime go to church in higher numbers. I pity your ignorance of the joy of friendship and community found by those who experience a religious community. You are a prisoner of your ignorance and cynicism. tom watson tosiwmee

TAW, Some day all religions will fade away. religion can be defined as many things. all man made religion will pass away. He Who is Holy, was, is and is to be, will never fade or lose His Glory. What gets me is that each one feels it is the one true religion and all others are misled. And your brand of "religion" is different exactly how?? (I mean other than your obvious bigotry and hatred of the Creator. For all we know the one true religion is practised by a small tribe in Africa, who just smile and keep their mouths shut. Well, which is it, either all will fade as you say, or this tribe you speak of has the one true religion as you say?? It is quite apparent that it is just social reactionism that keeps any vestige of religion alive. you fall far before landing on your head? social reactionism?? Is this the same thing as wanting and having the morality to keep NAMBLA away from my son? In the UK attandance is under 5% at church and it is not much more here in the USA. I will grant that is atrocious. Corporate assembly is very important to the welfare of the body of Christ. Of course, the language is all wrong anyway. As I tell people, I do not GO to "church" , I AM the church. The church is but the body of CHrist, of which he is the Head, and of which I am a part, being adopted as a son. A funny thing happens if you ask people....they say(97%) that they believe, yet when you count who goes to church it is close to 5% in large cities. In smaller cities where social pressure obtains , more go to church to keep the neighbours sated, ie for social reasons. Why is it that those who are antiChrist are always experts on the church........hmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Who is YOUR father?
