I caught that interview, too. I couldn't believe he didn't remember the fall from 200 to the low 40's already! I'd say we've already been hit. As you said, heck, QCOM led the drop! He's got an awful short memory.

The premise is ridiculous anyway--the idea that those companies who are relatively strong in a bear market will have to go down. Maybe they're strong for a reason.
