I don't like any organization which brainwashes its followers and takes away their personal freedom, even if they give it up willingly. This kind of thing feeds the ego of the leader and makes him feel all-powerful. And as we know, absolutely power corrupts absolutely. Especially when you consider Sun Moon's well-known ties to the KCIA, past illegal misdeeds infiltrating our government and his aid to corrupt right-wing regimes around the world. I suppose besides ego and money his motive is based on virulent anti-communism, but as we now know, imbalanced hatred leads to being just as bad if not worse than the target of your hatred. Again, I watched my father reject Sun Moon's financial offer in the 70's and now I see that the US right-wing has totally embraced him and taken his bribes. The Washington Times itself is a bribe machine as Sun Moon praises right-wingers he likes and attacks their opposition through his lackey paid-off journalists. This would be normal in a third world nation but is detestable in American society. We're supposed to be better than this kind of thing. And our major parties should be as well. But I guess any party that loves Oliver North doesn't have too many scruples in that area. The laws of the country and honesty be damned. Anything to brain-wash voters and try and dominate, right?
