The volume is low, so volatility is to be expected. MM's can take over their Market Manipulator roles. Be sure when placing order to use limits.

I've got a one minute chart of SUNW up on my screen. For about the past 10 minutes, in any single minute the price has varied 10-15 cents. To me, that's volatile.

Edit: It also shows a huge volume spike, FWIW.
