I know some people who have been working inside the Reuters datacentres in Docklands and the City of London (not directly involved in this project).

Let me ask you a question:

How much do you think Oracle paid Reuters (in terms of heavily discounted software) in order to get those quotes in this press release?

If you don't know the answer, here is a clue: Look at Oracle's next quarterly revs figure.
