I thought you said this was not your area of legal expertise. Now you want to get legalistic? If AS said that George Bush's ignorance of the energy crisis in California caused the bankruptcy of PG&E, you would call him a liar. These are coincidental facts that have no causal relationship. I could also make a list of people I've known who are now dead. Could you imply that I killed them? Of course. Would it be poppycock? Yup, but not to someone who is predisposed to think of me as a murderer. So one man's "obvious coincidence" is another's utter fabrication. It's all in your POV.
