Well flappy once again you strain and get it all wrong. To lie is to present false information with the intention of deceiving. Just presenting false information is not lying. Lying is not protected by free speech. You just don't seem to be able to reduce information to logical simplicity. As you have said there are legal requirements that define what a false accusation is. But making a false accusation is not protected. As to mr. bill the rapist. I am convinced based upon the evidence that I have personally seen the mr. bill did rape at least one woman. I state openly and I have pointed to the evidence that lead me to have this belief. There is no libel or slander. I state what I believe to the the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth and why. rapist n : someone who forces another to have sexual intercourse.
