Well the the United States Supreme Court has not extended the protection of free speech to lying and making false accusations. You confuse that some will cheat by denying they knowingly lied or made false accusations as some right allowed by the court.

I've read your posts and I believe that your idea of free speech does encompasses lying and making false accusations.
You words state you think you have that right.

What you proffer is this. One is innocent until 12 say you are guilty. So one has the right to do anything as long as 12 don't say you are guilty. That's how the United States Supreme Court has shaped the doctrine.
