I think that funphone.net should be hearing from funphone.com's lawyers very soon.....but then again..only 610 calls made using that service...hmmm, might not be a big return in the legal path.

Aha! Now I know what funphone.com is missing: testimonials!

Here's one I thought I'd pass on...

There I was, lying on my back, on a raft, in the Atlantic Ocean off Montauk Point. I'm not sure how long I dozed off for, but when I awoke I was adrift and surrounded by sharks. Luckily I had my cell phone with me so I dialed 911. Unfortunately since there was no land in site I had no way to tell the operator where I was. Parched from dehydration and on the verge of sunstroke I decided to use my web feature and write one last e-mail goodbye to my family and friends. Then, like a bolt of lightning, I remembered an old MacGyver episode. I quickly logged into funphone and redialed 911. The operator was able to patch my signal to the coast guard who in turn were able to track the resonating frequencies using sonar. I have since made a full recovery and I owe it all to funphone.com!
