poor poor flappy, straining at what was not said.
To lie is to present false information with the intention of deceiving. Just presenting false information is not lying. Lying is not protected by free speech. You just don't seem to be able to reduce information to logical simplicity. As you have said there are legal requirements that define what a false accusation is. But making a false accusation is not protected.

If you do not have the intent to deceive you are not technically lying. Now I advance the case that the total stupidity of so many who call themselves democrats could possibly put you in legal jeopardy because one could demonstrate this stupidity and make a case that anything you said that was totally absurd was technically lying because you would deceive so many stupid dems. But then you own stupidity would be a great defense.

In conclusion just about anything you say would never ever be technically considered lying. You have established a bullet proof stupidity defense with your many posts.
