how randomness would have less energy.

2nd law of thermodynamics, a disordered state requires less energy than an ordered state. I actually maintain my belief on the basis of information theory which doesn't require energy per se, but does require an equivalent constraint, that of complexity.

It is true that knocking down an ordered chain of dominos is easy, but somehow those dominoes had to be setup to fall in the desired order. It is hard to setup to fall in a presise way.
