Well Intc does have a good position but SUNW will be able to dominate the 64 bit market in system/solutions since the had a considerable head-start. At one point competition is good, I don't think SUNW will be the BetaMax of chip producers.

Of course, that same person doesn't seem to recognize the existence of IBM (or is it at the expense of IBM that Intel will supposedly gain market share?).

I don't think he has much credibility, but if you do, you should give credence to ALL his analysis.
