And tonite's news is that Pres. Bush might seek an additional tax relief to assist the ailing economy in the form of capital gains tax cuts.

They are trying to plug the holes in the dike!

KC, as you know the stock market reflects WS's perception of the economy and business environment 6 months out, not necessarily what's happening now. I'm beginning to see some interesting data on a broader picture, more on that later.
