There has never been a bull market without financials doing well.

We could use a corporate tax incentive program to encourage spending by companies on technology.

All I've heard about tonight on the news is a cap. gains cut (MAYBE). That's good. How many people have capital gains this year and also don't have enough tax losses to carry forward to last a few years? Government is so slow at making moves, it won't matter what they do anyway. The market will have bottomed and the economy as well by the time Congress gets around to passing anything.

Bill i cannot see what the hell is going to lead yet!! It's all coming down to hades this looks like a slow death market. The measurements on all these indices are pointing down to oct '98 lows. The bond yields could go lower if the economy gets worse??
