An off-the-cuff remark "note smilies" is in no way shape or form "referring to a pending deal". You must learn not to take things so literally. That goes with your conversations with Keppie! Poor J. so easily lead astray, here and from Vancouver. It also goes when looking at a 0.02c price drop and writing something off ... if you look at the charts (try MCAD) you will find your "sustained DML price increase". Certainly as much as anyone can expect from a spec penny stock over a given time frame. Maybe try this or any DML chart ...
