Neocon I admire the Olympian model to. In the workaday world your example is practically meaningless. Your reasoning power on this subject reminds me of X the unknown. Where I live there is an appointed judiciary, where you live it is elected, i.e. the gun is pointed at the state. The gun must be pointed at the state in a fair system and the state must be constantly vigilant in streamlining itself and getting rid of excess baggage. The only moral justification for income tax is national defense.
