Since the PBCCH/PCCCH issue seems to have been beaten to death, and everyone seems to be getting rather crabby, is there anything else to consider on GPRS? Like the interface between the BTs and BSC when GPRS data increases? Billing? QoS?

Another buying op in Nok stock today? or wait until the next warning or two?

OT:

My original favorite author has written

"nothing impacts ones reality as much as ones del/il-lusions
and nothing impacts ones de/il-lusions as ones reality"

So in that sense and context I totally agree the two sentences
made sense..

Btw, any chance you have link or the info on how the
votes are distributed in GERAN??

One thought is that especially if the distribution is not
"considered fair", not the consent of the members, taking
an issue to voting might be disaster for everyone

One of those things one need to consider both in families,
among friends and relatives, even neigbors, typical
kind of "non-democratic" organizations where a simple
majority cannot bang the rest in the head.
(one reason I have not bothered to find the info,
membership is more like "unalienable human rights",
voting power more like starting a war)
