I think I have just heard the dumbest thing ive heard in a whille on CNBC. Some guy was making the argument that Surplus's in the Govt coiffeurs were a negative and a drag on GDP. I hope someone lets him know about the 4 trillion defficit that needs to get paid off, and its cost to the economy inm interest charges and higher rates. I cant believe this guy doesnt know the difference between yearly surplus and overall surplus. Also he neglected to point out that interst rates and imblances in money flows. Unfriginbelievable.
