Hi Bob! We saw 17" FPDs for as low as $549 (after $50 mail-in rebate) and up to around $1k. Some were pretty, some were not, although I wouldn't class any of them as flat-out ugly. Most of the higher priced units were from Sony and other big names, and included built-in speakers, etc. All aimed at giving back more desk top space, I think. That, an separating you from as much cash as possible. <grin>
