Lack of absolute truth is a self-contradiction. If you assert that there is no absolute truth, then you must cling to one absolute truth; that there is no absolute truth. Being a programmer, I trust that you can see the illogic of all truths being equal. This can only hold if they are all false. And if all truths are false, then there is no truth, which means that there is also no untruth. Thus, even reason falls by the wayside in this hall of mirrors. If someone has no beliefs, but spends their entire life searching for answers to questions that lead that individual towards a 'personal' set of beliefs, ... Without the test of truth, how is one to measure their 'personal' set of beliefs. If my search landed me in the "Peoples Temple" is it possible to examine my conclusions to see if I have made an error? How might we judge Mother Theresa or Ghandi, with respect to Hitler or Ted Bundy? In a world void of absolutes, we can not. That is, unless we wish to contradict ourselves and cling to "truth". No, I reject such folly. Wisdom is knowledge rightly applied. One can possess great knowledge, and yet be a fool. But the wise have understanding.
