robert,

this slow death is vastly more painful than a big dive to re-test the april lows, at least IMHO. I am amazed that we haven't seen the april lows today yet....the action in the market, especially the nasdaq, is downright awful. should have never gotten out of bed this a.m. The bids are in control of the action. A great day to play if you have lots of liquidity.

Bob,
So what happens if everbody expects something to happen? My fear is that megapain will kill the recovery and 1300 nasdaq might seem like a good number some day. What happens to investor/consumer confidence, employment stats etc in your scenario? Market may be the cause of a further economic downturn thus thwarting recovery. I believe this is keeping Greenie up at nites. mike
