Why does anyone decide to buy anything in the real world and not just wait for an IRS auction to pick up stuff cheap? and from a flea market even cheaper.

Jeff - do even have any idea what you are talking about?

There is no assett without the company. Most of the assett is the customer base and the proprietary software. Lose the customers and the programmers familiar with the software and you have no assett left. Then even 5 cents would be too expensive.
