My assertion that our tax laws are unjust is more than a tactic, in my opinion it is a fact.

Facing facts is more than a strategy; it is a prerequisite to change.

Over taxation is not the injustice, it is a symptom, a result of the unjust tax system. The tax laws are so arcane and dishonest that people generally have no idea how much they pay in taxes. If they did they would revolt.

If we had a just tax system, it would be politically impossible to overtax the citizenry.

I agree. Incidentally, I finally got around to reading the best seller of a few years ago, The End of History and the Last Man. He basically argues that the current most popular form of government, democracy, has no internal inconsistencies, and so will last forever. [rolls around on floor, drool dribbling off of chin at the absurdity of this thought]
