S&P E-Mini broke hard out of that symmetric triangle. Not good for bully. My Teradyne short is a-rocking!<G>

I don't know if it's a liquidity crisis, perhaps just the long-awaited triumph of good over evil...in any event, the kinkies are getting slammed for sure.

EDIT: For those in a coma, the NDX is only 50 points above the April lows now.

Well, I had a nice lunch and I see I did not miss much.

Anyway, we agree BC. Something very heavy is weighing here.

As for today, well, non-tech refuses to make new lows and tech is dribbling down in a falling wedge. Those make me nervous. -ng

Wiggle-talk: I think we just had the first time today where the futures went back to the lows but smelly did not. This is often the sort of bullish divergence that can precede a pop. I can not see the structure for a good rally in the charts, but this sort of thing has been good for a wee scalp in the past at this sort of s-t oversold level so I am in for 1/2 a long position with stop just below the recent low.

This is the problem with being flat here. Too oversold s-t to get a good entry and terrigying to go long.

If there IS a liquidity crisis, gee, it would have been nice if BubbleBoy had saved some of those interest rate cut bullets, wouldn't it?<NG>
