That's right.

The world is not going to stand still. The rate of change,especially in technology is not standing still but accelerating.

We may not see it through our rose colored glasses but it is there nontheless.

Wrong. Queries of the telcos themselves indicate a capex drop of at least 15% in 2002 v. 2001
