JimP, sure, I will buy anything with one to five letters in the symbol. That's what got me here. gg.

Actually I don't play the indexes since there are so many stocks that track them well but move more radically in both directions. I have been buying more of the large caps lately since I think that if we have a leg up it will be fund driven and that means that initially it should require good liquidity. If it starts the next overlapping wave would likely be small cap techs in selected sectors. For what it's worth, I have companies like orcl, sunw, sebl, emc, vtss, nok, and tqnt on my list. Some of them I have already began to buy. An interesting company on the smaller cap list is rsas which does internet security and has held up decently. I also follow kopn, tfs, sagi, gnss, phtn, nuan, immr,cats and am looking at really beaten up mrvc and ciena. I'm too lazy to research companies the way you seem to do so I wouldn't put much weight on the ones I follow if I were you. Ed
