...Why not allow the Chinese to export copies of pirated software to the US and call that "free trade"?

Let the Chinese export the software, and then let Microsoft sue them and freeze their assets.

Correction of misunderstanding. Days before the movie opens in HK (generally 20 days after it opens in the US) and months (2) before it opens in mainland theatres.
