all men are not created equal in some respects. otherwise most races would end in a 10-way tie. All are created equal in terms of the rights and duties of citizenship in this republic.

darwinism and darwin say that all men are not genetically equal

Darwin was also a sexist in the worst way. He considered all women vastly inferior to men in intellect and ability. Interesting that he enjoys such popularity among feminists.

Even more interesting is Darwin's view on genocide (a useful tool of evolution). Read his books and see how he explains away the lack of any living near-ancestor of modern man (genocide), and how he predicted that the most advanced humans (that being white Europeans of course) would go on to exterminate all other inferior races). Even modern Darwinists see genocide as a useful tool of evolution (see "Problems with Jurisprudence" by U.S. Court of Appeals Chief Judge Richard Posner). Once you understand this, then you can connect the dots between Darwin and Hitler.

Not liking facts doesn't make them go away. Everyone *isn't* genetically "equal". People are not all the same height, weight, eye color, blood type, external pigmentation, etc., etc., etc. Nor are we all the same on the vastly important "nurture" side of the equation. Also, some climes are cold, some hot, some wet, some not... Who among us would want a world of no differences at all?

But these facts of existence don't mean that I should support the Bill of Rights any less.

gao, Racism consists of attributing traits to people that are not properly attributable.
I can say white men have white skin, not racist. If I say white men are whiter than black men...not racist.
If I say white men are smarter than black men...racist, since it is not a supportable fact. Many people choose to describe people in racist terms for reasons that say more about their personal weakness than of the person they describe.
