John,
I wouldn't necessarily call it "bad news" that Mad Catz intends to get all the necessary regulatory approvals prior to introducing the BioForce Controller. To me, it just make good business sense to take the time to have all your ducks in a row before committing the time and resources to a project as potentially huge as the BioForce. I have complete faith that Morris Perlis will once again execute on his statement "to maximize shareholder value" and I am convinced we will look back a year from now and be at a price level in excess of US $3.00. As always, IMHO.
Best Regards,
RBL
