That's your opinion but if true it's already been priced in. Besides, I don't see the deal happening anyway. But if it does go through the arbitrageurs will take CPQ back up to meet the purchase price. Also you're assuming Carly F lied when she gave positive 4th Q guidance. Easy for you to say but do you really know? Willing to short CPQ at $10.40 to find out. I'll bet today's low was the all-time low for this stock. At that price was only a 15 billion dollar company. And remember they have 4 billion cash.
