surprised that he doesn't mention the fed. I doubt that the bubble would have happened, certainly to the extent that it did, if the fed had not been cutting rates and increasing the money supply in front of Y2K.

If we did not have the money supply just begging to be spent frivolously, we would not have been so anxious to jump into questionable investments.
