gao, No that is not racism. This is all reported in the literature and is quite true. It is no different that using a brightness meter and a color meter on 10,000 men. you are able to plot graphs of skin color and albedo that are mere facts. Many tribal societies are more optimised for tribal life in their social memes than are we who have been away from it for 1000 years. There has been no time for genetic drift, but meme drift is a lot faster as it is mindcraft.
We cannot let political correctness bling us to the discovery of such facts. It is just weights and measures of societies, in fact the societies can do it for themselves as it allows them to understand how they operate and how to change them.
How can you stop the progress of AIDS in Africa with no understanding of why African men feel that condom use is unmanly, or why they espouse 'dry' sex (which generates many small skin lesions that expedite infection with AIDS) All the education in the world will not work unless you change the memes that run the society, only then can you hope to make a change.
