"Are we having fun yet? " I think the fun is just starting! Real Estate is the next thing to go! You know how many people have large home equity loans and are still living "and spending" on the concept that they have an extra 100 grand in equity in their home. When that equity disappears. Then the banks quit handing out money. Then you consumer spending dries up real fast. People still take solace that even though their 401K and retirement accounts have been destroyed.. Their house is worth 100K more than they paid for it. In a year, people will be talking about the Great Real Estate Bubble that popped. PCSTEL
